Roozbeh started his composition at the Art Tehran University with professor Ahmad Pejman. He then participated in the Master Class of Tolib Khan Shakhidi (graduated from the Moscow Conservatory from the class of Aram Khachaturian in 1972) and Khayyam Mirzazade (Azerbaijani composer and professor). He did his thesis under Professor Farid Omran (a modernist composer and professor). After finishing Master of Composition from Art Tehran University, he moved to Poland and studied in Chopin University under professor Marcin Blazewicz for three years, he progressed his technique of composition and orchestration as Postgraduate Diploma. He has performed his compositions with several orchestras in Poland. Currently he is completing the technique of composition under professor Ahmad Pejman.
